- Angélique / Angelic

-Camomille romaine / Roman chamomile

- Chélidoine racine / Celandine root

- Eleuthérocoque /Eleutherococcus

- Géranium / Geranium

Prendre 50grammes de chaque plantes et les broyer dans un mixeur, les mélanger ensemble, ensuite prendre 7 gélules double zéro par jour le matin. Prendre aussi une infusion de camomille romaine le soir.
